Cancel/Change Order Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to or cancel your order. To ensure the best possible experience for our customers, please review our Cancel/Change Order Policy below:


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. After this 24-hour window, we may not be able to cancel the order, as it could have already been dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at luxechic00@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Name on the order
  • Request to cancel the order

If we successfully cancel the order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy once the package is received.


2. Changing an Order

If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., modify the shipping address, update the items in your cart, or change the quantity), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request an order change, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Order number
  • The change(s) you wish to make
  • Your updated information (if applicable)

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. In that case, you will need to proceed with a return once the items are delivered.


3. Address Changes

If you notice that you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can correct it before the order is shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.


4. Order Modification After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify it. If you wish to return or exchange any items, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.


5. Exceptions

While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, there may be exceptions in certain situations:

  • Pre-order Items: If your order contains a pre-order item, please review the specific cancellation or change policies related to pre-orders.
  • Third-Party Suppliers: In rare cases, if we are unable to reach our supplier in time, cancellations or changes may not be possible after the 24-hour window.
